The reception process is as follows (tentative):
- Save the QR code sent via email and review the event information (bib number, venue map, and other guidance).
- Show your QR code at the reception counter.*Bring your health insurance card (a copy is acceptable) and an ID.
- Receive your starter pack.
- Collect your participation souvenirs.
Your reception is complete after the above steps!

Yes, reception can be completed by a representative. Please provide the QR code of the participant.

Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a guardian.
For safety reasons, reception is not available after the start of each course.
Yes, a baggage drop-off area is available at the venue.
For courses with different finish points, luggage will be transported to the finish point. Please manage valuables yourself.

Bicycles are available for rent near the venue.

Participation is allowed if the bike has front and rear brakes and a freehub.
Yes, E-bikes are allowed.
Air pumps will be provided at the starting area and aid points, but it is recommended to bring a portable air pump.
The organizer provides basic accident insurance for participants covering the following:
Death or permanent disability: Up to ¥4,000,000
Hospitalization: ¥4,000/day
Outpatient treatment: ¥1,000/day
If you feel these terms are insufficient, please consider additional insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds after registration.
However, you may transfer your entry to someone else. Please inform the organizers if you transfer your entry so the registration details can be updated.
