Fee: 16,000 JPY + system fee / Junior High Students: 13,000 JPY
Eligibility: Junior high school students and above (Parental consent required for minors)
Capacity: 100 participants

55km Yoichi Enjoy BBQ Course
Enjoy Hokkaido-style BBQ (Jingisukan) in the green countryside!

Fee: 12,000 JPY + system fee / Elementary & Junior High Students: 8,000 JPY
Eligibility: Grade 5 and above (Parental consent required for minors)
Capacity: 100 participants

Important Notes
One-way course from start to finish.
Participants must bring their own bicycle, light, helmet, and gloves.
Ensure you have the physical ability to complete your chosen course.
Parking is located approximately 10 minutes away from the venue—arrive with ample time.

Parking InformationParking Information:
The parking area is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.
Participants planning same-day registration should allow extra time as congestion is expected.

Parking on roadsides or unauthorized areas is strictly prohibited.
Participants found parking outside designated areas will be disqualified.

Others◆Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be provided for paid entry fees under any circumstances. However, in the event that the venue is under a state of emergency or similar conditions, the organizer may cancel the event. The following measures will apply in such cases:

Canceled on or after 13 days before the event (from June 1, 2025):
Only participation prizes will be sent.
Canceled 1 month to 2 weeks before the event (May 15–May 31, 2025):
30% refund + participation prizes sent.
Canceled from the start of registration to 1 month before the event (on or before May 14, 2025):
50% refund + participation prizes sent.

◆Image Rights:
The organizer may use participants' likeness, names, addresses, ages, and competition histories for promotional materials, media coverage, or event-related publications, including printed materials, videos, and media produced by the organizer.


◆Insurance Coverage:
The organizer provides basic accident insurance with the following coverage:

Death or permanent disability: Up to ¥4,000,000
Hospitalization: ¥4,000/day
Outpatient treatment: ¥1,000/day
