This approximately 55 km cycling route connects Kutchan, Akaigawa, and Yoichi. Starting at the foot of Niseko Annupuri, ride through vast potato fields that stretch as far as the eye can see.
After crossing the pass, you will arrive in Akaigawa Village, recognized as one of "The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan". The spectacular view from the edge of the caldera will give you a rewarding sense of accomplishment after the climb.
As the landscape transforms into expansive vineyards, you will reach Yoichi, a premier fruit-growing area in Hokkaido. The journey ends at the Nitori Tourism Orchard, the perfect spot to celebrate your ride. Under the cherry trees, treat yourself to fresh lamb jingisukan (grilled mutton). The more you cycle, the more delicious it tastes!
