Please note that both the Yoichi Course (55km) and the Shakotan Course (100km) include multiple tunnel sections, especially in the Shakotan course.

For your safety, in addition to wearing a helmet and gloves, it is mandatory to have a front light, a reflector, and a rear red tail light installed on your bike.

Participants without all of the above items (①–④) will not be allowed to join the cycling event.
Please be aware that lights and other equipment will not be available for purchase on the day, so make sure to prepare them in advance.
